Water Damage – Island Park House

Water damage at this Island Park House was caused by broken water supply lines to the toilet. As can be seen in the photos the flooring was compromised and needed to be removed. To provide for the sufficient drying of the sub-floor, the floor was torn up to expose the building materials directly to the drying equipment used. The damage reached into the adjoining hallway also. The same treatment was needed there.
