Listen to your mom, Don't Let The Toilet Run

This household experienced significant water damage and thus mold infestation when they ignored the fact that their toilet ran and ran.  What they did not realize was that a small hole in the pipe was leaking water slowly in to the wall and flooring under the toilet.  After some time had passed it became apparent that this RUNNING  issue was not going to go away and they first called in a plumber.  He found the pipe problem but informed the home owners that a bigger problem was at hand, MOLD!!!! He referred the owners to SERVPRO where by we were able to handle the mold and water issue
